not really, I was expecting a lot better than what we saw. I think the campaign on both sides has been quite poor. much of it has dealt with things which have little, if any meaning to the average person. instead we've seen ridiculous levels of slander and character assassination. i'm surprised at the democrats championing nuclear power. clearly there is an agenda on behalf of the multi-nationals to convince the public that somehow, magically, that's safe now. of course, it isn't but you can bet mainstream media will be firmly on message. I thought palin was quite interesting but she's pro-life and I firmly believe that government should not meddle with people's personal lives. whoever wins the presidency is going to be in trouble because the recession is just starting and there are various other economic problems rising from the banking and insurance sector. still, it'll be interesting whatever happens
Thousands on thousands attended the great rally for Sarah (and John) tonight at Verison. My son and family stood in line 2 hours just to get in. He said he'd never seen so many people. He things Sarah is a great role model for my grandaughter. I agree...she's kind, warm, intelligent and a great orator.
