Because it needed to be done...

I have 49 mosquito bites....

On my body.

I am ravaged with bites, I have broken three nails scratching....

I have screens on my windows, I am holed up in the dark, afraid to go outside....

Sommerauer71: Right.

Good plan.

I will get the cows, they will regret attacking me.
go to a local supermarket and get a mosquito repellant, they are most effective......better that than coming up in unexplained lumps laugh

Yes, I have had my fill of unexplained lumps.

They are lovingly called my son and daughter.

Some people are VERY allergic to mosquito bites - maybe you need some sort of anti-dote? They should not swell up so much.

My cure works miracles. >Known as the "Snake Ointment" ..... it WORKS. But if you one of those who only want to smell of expensive perfumes and body lotions, then you wont like it.

You take a normal shampoo size bottle (empty & clean), fill it with cold-pressed virgin Olive Oil, and drop in about 1/4 of a small bottle of Citronella oil. Shake it up. Spread it on your exposed parts (its good for un-exposed parts too - prevents dryness of the skin). You rub it in realy well, once a day, after your shower/bath. Mossies never come near you. Guaranteed.

I used to lie in my hammock in South Africa, on the Sub-tropical coast, near the beach, on stinking hot sultry humid nights, and watch the swarms of mossies approach me ... the`d hover ... and then they`d piss off to my friend - who sprayed insect repellent all over himself. I loved to hear his swearing!

You should be drawn and quartered....if I was your dad, I would banish you to your room for a week, with no mosquito repellent...

No.

I suppose I will get a ticking off, already had one, for taking a stranger home...

But I did some reverse psychology...

I decided that if he was going to attack me, which he tried to, in a manly, sort of 'I want to make love to you' way, I was safer in my own home, as I have people around me.

But I have a good sense of people and a decent level of intelligence, you see if I was to leave him at the bar, he could ahve followed me home, and attacked me, stolen my briefcase, my handbag and all sorts...

So I thought the best thing was to be in the safety of my home and I have security overnight.

In no way was I frightened by this man, I had to fend a few kisses and that was it... Ok, a couple of wnadering hands, but I am a big girl and I can handle that...

rusty_knight: I hope you bought him a first class ticket and that he didn't have to 'pig it' with common people!

Read the story, Rusty, as you claim you have....

When you grow up, you may well understand.

'Not quite right?'

Well, you know what? You will never work it out.
