No it just means they like looking at you...or reading your profile...don't worry about I have 2 guys on here who constantly rate my photos and show up on my whose viewed me list over the last couple of years and I have never heard a thing from either one of them.....Some people will also look at your profile after reading a comment you made on the forums to learn a bit more about you....
