Yes they're still looking for him, they've taken over the 6 o'clock news with aerial photographs of the progress taken from news helicopters - I was hoping for something interesting on the news, not watching a wild goose chase involving someone who died 30 years ago that probably got tossed in a septic tank.

They did say that they're going to move at least 1 barn to dig under it.. How the hell do you 'move' a huge barn and put it back with all of the contents intact? Emptying a full barn to move it safely is a complete waste of time.
I also find it comedic that they keep hunting for him. They haven't done this with any other that I've ever heard of. What if they do find him? Are they going to just say "We found Hoffa, thank you for letting us waste the taxpayers dollars"?

Doing quick math, there won't be much if anything left of him. They also underestimate who he was dealing with, they probably wouldn't just kill him and bury him.. they'd make him a nice fertilizer. First immediate thought would be a wood chipper/shredder.
As for the taxes, that pisses me off. The U.S. is in enough trouble right now economy-wise without them blowing money on hunting for Hoffa. Before you know it, people will say that Hoffa is alive and they saw him visiting Elvis at Graceland.

There's more to come of it, I think Jimmy 'The Weasel' is going to be pulling a disappearing act sometime soon too. He detailed much of it in a book he wrote and named names of the Detroit group that performed the act.
