Jeff/Ambrose is coming for lunch tomorrow. (Just a friendly lunch - he has his woman! He says he's easy... with what to eat. laugh

What should I cook...

Salmon Steaks - Garlic and butter salmon steaks
w/ Yellow or white rice and mixed veggies and rolls

Or...

Southern Fried Chicken
w/ Mashed potatoes, or brown, white, or yellow rice with gravy and veggies or sweet potatoes .. and biscuits.

What do you think?

We also have brownies and chocolate chip ice cream for dessert.

Opinions, please? Thank you!

I think he stays busy with his love. Besides, he's had out of town company.

I'll tell him hello for you though. I should start a list. I'll forget someone. uh oh

Thank you all! I'm really looking forward to meeting him. When Em and I were on our trip, we were about 15 miles from his home, but he was visiting his girlfriend while we were camping there. laugh

Finally after all of these months, we get to meet. I have managed to see Robyn several times! She's engaged and has moved from MN to SD, about an hour from me!

True, the salmon steaks would probably be less cleanup than fried chicken. laugh However, I do make damn good fried chicken - I am southern, after all. laugh

I´m voting for the fried chicken and mash potatoes, every decent restaurant does a nice salmon, in fact Jeff can probably cook himself a nice piece of salmon... but if you make good fried chicken.... well that´s something you just don´t get everywhere...
