Here's what I see happened to McCain and Palin's creditability in this election, they cuddled up to Carl Roves philosophy of personally attacking
Obama with innuendo, lies and half truths.
Everything has been all about fear mongering, trying to twist the American people into scared little kids afraid of the dark so big brother can save them.
Much the same way McCain was attacked in the 2000 election and Kerry was in the 2004. Those Rep campaigns were run along the same ugly smearing character assignations as this one has, and Mr Rove was behind them too.
It is all too familiar yet it is also so sad. McCain claimed to be riding the straight talk express and prior to Rove getting involved it seemed he was at least honest. After that he was just another political puppet.
