Indeed, we do, but not all of us have had guidance have we?

Ignorance is bliss and this is a classic case...

If he does not have to learn any different, then he will not...

PietroPaoloV: A half-hearted apology is no apology.

An apology, as in his case, ending with another rude remark is not worth the taps his tips made on the keyboard.

I agree 100% thumbs up

I never said it was right, he is learning and we all fall down when we are learning...

It was not an apology, he thinks it was, we all have different ideas on what an apology is, it just so happens that we see it was not one...

I have youngsters everyday, from all over the world, they say and do stupid things, that are not right, but we do not throw them out, we educate them to be better people and to meet the expectations of what a civilsed world is all about...

And there are many adults that say and do stupid things, without any apology... Intelligence and social graces are things that we learn all the time...

And you my dear, all the very best for tomorrow...

And of course, the rest of your lives together...

It's hard to phrase an apology well, in a way that feels sincere and reflects your thoughts.

But first rule I suggest should be to serve it alone, with nothing else mixed into it, as it will damage the message.

I understand this one has been accepted, so we are only talking hypothesis here.

Good night fellows wave

There are many ways of attracting attention upon ourselves. One of them is being unpleasant. Another is being extremely nice (I´ve seen "nice" people here be extremely unpleasant and arrogant through "politeness" and "class", if you know what I mean). The more attention a behavior gets, the more it is reinforced.
Why not just let it go?

Ah, and the guy is 24. - He had not too much exercise in this yet, wait with the mob just a bit yet. He's moving in the right direction, he started a thread with his apology, that’s walking into the spotlight.

I am 39, I am not completely out of a brain and I did a mistake much worse than him…

My last post stands still, but I vote for lenience due to inexperience.

Now… Good night again wave

Ah please chad, you don't always have to suck up what others expect you to say or think, you have the right to say what you want...if a place sucks, then it does. You just have to learn to say it with more diplomacy and if you make a statement to be able to back it up...Changing your opinion over this thread is the worst thng you could do.confused

Yes...people can be crucified/led the wrong way over their behaviour or guided the diplomatic way;-)
