Who needs a jerk that does not recognize a good hardworking woman? Keep on trucking fellow. Your not deserving her.
I don't refer to class distinctions unless talking about economics...people have always just been people to me...regardless....BUT I have had to listen to my family make distinctions all the time and they can be very judgmental...I am totally different and think totally different than my family does!!!!
yes.. had no choice: grew up in Apartheid South Africa. Class was not a choice. There were no opportunities for upward mobility, until the New Constitution. But soon after that we had left the country. I miss it though.
Mnmom64: Thanks hollandgirl . You are very kind. I do try to keep my head high. I know I have a lot to be thankful for.
I try to think of it this way...I have a lot of great friends, and a great family, a job that I love and great co-workers. When I finally do find the love of my life I will know he loves me for who I am...can't hide a mobile home what you see is what you get

I love the S. Africaner language as it is close to Dutch. "Daar kom die waa did vier perde waa" Don't know how to spell it but am sure you know it. Love the accent too, please don't lose it.

Indyfella: On the other hand, if everyone of us were exactly the same, it would be a boring world. JMO
Sorry it looks like you escaped it, never could see the boring point as a matter of fact it can hurt like hell. To be made to feel your close to being a nothing is not boring.

I was making a generalization, not a personal attack... Chill out please.

I did not take it personal that time has long past for me, just know many are still dealing with this. Here in Canada I didn't see it happening personal to me.
