Yes...live life without regret. Learn lessons from the trials you go through, then get over them. They make you stronger. Love fully and without fear of pain. Again, if there is pain afterward, learn your lessons and move on. And do it again.
Time really does heal all wounds, if you let them heal. Cry it out as often as needed until it is washed away.
Make time for you...take a walk somewhere that takes your breath away, and do it slowly to fully enjoy the moment. Sing. Dance. Play an instrument...even if it's just banging spoons. Be silly without worrying what others will think of you...but be serious when it's warranted. Find love and happiness within...for, if you do not find what you seek within, you will never find it without.
