Thank goodness, the rich are far too wealthy for this impoverished nation to support in the manner to which they've become accustomed.

You're welcome, it is being taken out of context in the very shortened version isn't it.

A communist view is more aligned with a conservative Republican view.

Liberals are people who are under the only partially mistaken impression that altering the structure of government is the best way to influence people and resources. Conservatives are people who are under the only partially mistaken impression that altering the people in power is the best way to influence other people and their culture.

To put it more simply: Liberals want the decision to be spread out among more people, preferably everyone; conservatives want the decision to be made by as few people as possible, preferably just one...

Socialism is liberal. More people (preferably everyone) have some say in how the economy works. Democracy is liberal. More people (preferably everyone) have some say in how the government works. "Democracy," said Marx, "is the road to socialism." He was wrong about how economics and politics interact, but he did see their similar underpinnings.

You are slinging around terms socialism and communism as if it's supposed to be shaming Obama supporters.

Also the term distributing the wealth seems to be a shameful term. How about rolling back the Bush tax cuts during wartime and a financial crisis. Because I think it's high time for that to happen.

I doubt very much that America is going to be a socialist or a communist country. We are too Demacratic and independent already to turn that clock back.

It's just more fear mongering JMO.

RRREEEEALLY?.....did'nt you just use a Marx quote, that compares democracy to communism?......america was intended to be a republic ,which btw stands for less government....a democracy stands fore more government.....its just a matter of time....and a matter of brain washing the sheep....as the mass media, and there bias during this presidentual race, is a prime example of that

Nope, the tax reversals will benefit the middle class, which sorely needs it. Are you feeling sorry for Exxon, or Halliburton? I'm not.
