Keep yourself busy with projects or doing things you like doing. Mostly time is what will heal you, try to always think positive.
Let it go and move forward, but see if there's a lesson in it all that can help you later. Like signs of controllers, or cheating etc. So you can better protect your self from another.

Time is your best ally.. unfortunately time takes it's time in the healing process.. I wish I could give you better words of encouragment, but I can't, keep your chin up girl, hard as that may be at the moment, you will get past this..

I agree with others that time is the best way. I have also found just accepting the pain for what it is and really allowing myself to feel the pain has helped me in the past. It is a form of grieving that has to do be done. It is completely normal to feel sad and hurt and it is ok to feel that way.

Because it is the attachment the media give to the heart and love...
When my last relationship ended, my whole body hurt, my soul, the whole damn lot...
You will massage it away, with each day you will grow stronger, the missing will become easier, I know, it does and you will be able to have memories and look back and smile...
Do nice things for yourself, jump in puddles, eat ice cream, it works for children.. Stops the hurt, get a big tub of ice cream, a feel good movie, and snuggle up, and watch it...

Time will massage it away. Treating yourself like a quin will speed up the healing.
Puddle-jumping is great, BUT for
pizza's sake (my daughter used to say when she was little ), Sommer - what kind of advice is ice-cream? 
When/if I go that far down, it makes matters worse for me...
