Keep yourself busy with projects or doing things you like doing. Mostly time is what will heal you, try to always think positive. Let it go and move forward, but see if there's a lesson in it all that can help you later. Like signs of controllers, or cheating etc. So you can better protect your self from another.

Time is your best ally.. unfortunately time takes it's time in the healing process.. I wish I could give you better words of encouragment, but I can't, keep your chin up girl, hard as that may be at the moment, you will get past this..

I agree with others that time is the best way. I have also found just accepting the pain for what it is and really allowing myself to feel the pain has helped me in the past. It is a form of grieving that has to do be done. It is completely normal to feel sad and hurt and it is ok to feel that way.
