well it depends on where you are and what is going on I think, like if I am in public and I feel like somebody is watching me then I look around, normally I will catch somebody looking but whos to say they didn't feel the same thing and was searching for an answer for this feeling? so I dunno, I have felt it in houses I have lived in but if I were to tell you that then you would know I am a loon

Yep, but it's usually just cats that hang out at my place....although there was one time when I felt a hand squeeze my shoulder, and there was nobody else around.
