I reckon a few of you will know my atttiude to religion, I think all of them are a waste of space.
They all believe theirs is the only true one and there is the rub of the matter - if we bring in censorship for one, we have to censor them all - which would naff me off big time as I do enjoy learning how these people think.
It cant be brushed under the carpet, we have to learn to live with it - but we cant censor it cos then it would still continue but in secret.
If this stuff is out in the open then we can at least use constructive criticism and maybe somebody, somewhere may hear..........

I was out all day or would have done it much sooner
The last thing we need on this issue is censorship or it would be right back to the dark ages - people must be allowed to voice their opinions no matter how abhorrent we may find them...........

Hi Kevint and Trish , i agree with you that whether your belief is in God , Allah ,Buddha , or money the fact is yes you have the right to your believes and what you have said about the woman in India that spoke about muslims yes thats fine write what ever you want but make sure that it is titled right so if you want to read it you know the content . This video was put on by people that were out to offend others , other wise they should have titled it Allah 11 return . i love you Allah ? .

To worry about the title is, in my view, just semantics, when you enter such a thread its fairly obvious what its saying, you have the right to move to another thread. I agree that the contents can offend if you allow yourself to be swept up with propaganda, but if you stand back, you can see it, and many other posts, for what they are.
Weatherd, I enjoy debates, be they religious, political, historical etc, but there are times when its better to just sit back, and let the ignorant and uninformed have their say, and then carry on with those that can and do have a reasoned argument.
Hopefully, those uninformed will then read the more balanced threads and learn that to change a persons view takes more than just snide derogatory remarks.
I disagree with the views held by Trish, but, she puts across a reasoned and factual (in her view
) argument, I respect her for that, my problem is that I have no valid argument with which to counter her views, as I am also am not a Christian, in the full sense of the word. So I sit back and read what she posts. With enjoyment I might add.mike1937: Ta Trish
