Yep...unfortunately, me too. I try, and with the patch I make it down to 5 cigarettes a day...but can't seem to actually quit. I'm still below a pack a day from my last time trying it, but not by that much.

But in reality this is the first real attempt I ever made..
I kept telling myself it is not the right time too
..
And it never is till you decide to make the first step
I even enrolled into aerobics class to keep me motivated to stay away from the cigarettes

I quit 8 years ago and as ive stated before and it works
Everytime i wanted a cigarette i just ran to the bathroom and cleaned my teeth . It gave me something to do and the taste of colgate perked up my taste buds ridding the craving ..

Hey that is three of you going for it.
I remember the times I would say; I want to quit but......I enjoy it.
It was different the day I said this it it! I am quiting.
Having made up my mind did it.
Drink a lot of fruit juice the nicotine is rinsed out in just a few days.
It is the mental thing.
The craving only last a very short time so do something to distract yourself.
Think about this; you are smoking over 4000 chemicals.
I remember the times I would say; I want to quit but......I enjoy it.

You don't need those cigarettes anymore,,I just stopped smoking a week ago from that same thursday, feels good to get rid of the tobaco anyway. You are far ro beautiful for the cigarettes my dear
