No, I never initiate texts....not my thing. But I have been propositioned wrongly in various ways - not the least of which was my sister who was texting her husband of what she wanted to do to him...
When I texted her back, asking her what the hell is she talking about, she realized she had selected me instead of him.

TOO FUNNY!! That even trumps MY story! I was at my friend's house one day, talking with her about her ex-boyfriend, with whom she'd just recently broken up & was still upset over it. On my way home, I heard the song, "What Goes Around Comes Around" by Justin Timberlake. I thought this would be the perfect thing to text her & let her know he'd get his in the end.
I texted it & a few minutes later, I got a text back from a guy I had a thing going with. He said, "Listen, I'm fully aware of what comes around! And I never told anyone about you!"
I texted back & apologized profusely, letting him know that it was meant for her, not him. Their names both begin with the same letter. I was forgiven... after a while.

Luckily I haven't sent anything by mistake but a man I was corresponding with thru e-mail for a while sent me a naked picture of himself. Oh, boy did he apologize. He sent it by mistake and hoped I would excuse him. Then he added . . . "Did you like it?"

No, but I have received a call from a woman , same woman each time asking for who appears to be her husband. Each time it is in the morning. I am SO tempted to say, hang on, I'll check if he's out of the shower, but I couldn't do it to the guy. Given I don't even know him!!!

I bet you sister is mortified, but glad it was you and not your Dad whom she inadvertedly sent the text to.
Being Deaf, Text definitely a, Loved thing for me. I have only once sent a text to the wrong person but it was never a big deal. I have never um, used Text for um, any kind of propositioning.
I have recieved text from a person whom was interested in my ex-fiance, after he and I had reconciled. She forwarded a text that he had sent her, while he and I had broken up. Guess she did not like the idea that he had gotten back together with me @ that time, and wanted to cause trouble.
LOL, she forwarded the same text to me a few months later after I broke up with him, again, for the final time b/c of his cheating. Guess she did not know @ that time he was free, permanently!

When her roommate got home later, she asked if she'd gotten the text, to which the roommate said she hadn't.
