blueriver30: Crap....don't forget to wipe yourself Who died and made you the president of the CS jerk club
Laugh? I nearly paid my council tax!!!!
By the way, you grassed yourself up, on here you came out with a wide range of Canadian music, and I mentioned reference books to which you replied that you know your countries music, I apologised, only for me to look on Canada's forums to find you saying "you had no idea of the amount of Canadian musicians"!!!
Listen, the stuff I listen to would be considered crap by most people, but at least what I like are talented musicians (musicians NOT vocalists). The vocals are not everone's cup of tea, but the lyrics have something to say as opposed to mundane songs about falling in love!!!

Still each to their own and all that malarkey Sorry if I offended you.
What I meant on the Canadian forums is that i didn't know there were so many more singers and actors from Canada than the ones that I mentioned here. I'm sorry I got offensive with You but you make me feel like I'm on trial.

jlw45: celin dion.....now i'de like to have her nose......FULL OF NICKELS....
If Celine Dion ever gets married again, fair play to the husband, at least he'll stick by the vows of "til death us do part" as he wraps an extremely blunt instrument around her head midway through her warbling!!!
First degree murder, I'll buy him a pint whenb he gets out for services to mankind!!!
Disclaimer: Jpunk is in no way encouraging anyone to wrap a baseball bat/ shovel/ lead pipe etc around Celine Dion's head!!!

dillinger: great art has always been driven by poverty and/or anger. america has obviously produced the greatest art of the 20th century but this isn't surprising. they have a massive population and many more outlets for artists than most countries. from blues to punk to country to rap. from harold lloyd to francis ford coppola. from edward hopper to robert maplethorpe. from mark twain to stephen king. america has dominated the 20th century.
