Yes why not? Predicting that when Michael Jackson gets finished saving Obama's hiney and keeps him half black then he will move to a huge loft apartment with Madge and run for Prime Minister. Just teasing Gilly couldn't help it sorry lol.
Seriously though. Why not I would think within the coming years a lot of seemingly closed doors will open wide and that we will experience some true evolution as women and men from a variety of races hold top positions in many lands. In ten years maybe a woman president in the white house.
Or how about a black prime minister or England who is a woman. There you go.

i think the real question is when will race not play a roll in deciding? i believe Obama is a president elect who happens to be african american. i would like to see the day when a black prime minister exists, but i would rather it be on the content of their character, whether man or woman, than on skin color, a prime minister who happens to be black (or any race, creed or gender) would be more of a step forward. we are all one people, like bob marley said "until the color of a mans skin is of no more significance than the color of his eyes, it's a war." i would add man or woman to that, but i think he got it pretty right. just a thought from across the pond.
