On several occasions I've donated some of my sick hours at work to co-workers. They were then able to get some sort of a check that pay period while out on FLMA.

I go out of my way to help people, but usually it comes back to haunt you.
I still do it, and i still get in trouble and abused for it.
I can't even count how many people i've quietly given advice too, money, lifts, goods and services and of course my time.

I help stranded people o a regular basis......last one was on the way back from Malta, where a fellow traveller was stranded at Luton Airport, and needed to get to london.......so i drove him to his front door.....and i was a complete stranger i sat next to on a plane.
thanks for all the great responces to my thread lots of great deeds done with expecting anything in return. when least expected there comes a time when you yourself could use a good deed from a total stranger who didn`t expect anything in return.
