I used to be a realtor. They're really good, but make sure of your closing costs. You can put quite a few on the seller, which is beneficial to a 1st-time homebuyer...but then, they have to be willing to pay them.

Thanks druidess, it was actually my realtor that told me about this means of more affordable home ownership initially.

Where is Bethlehem, NH? I was born and raised in NH...Salem, Brentwood, then Rochester...and now my parents live in Ossippee.
