I was just wondering if anyone out there has ever had their heart broken??? No I mean really broken? I know it is for the best but can't seem to get passed the terrible feeling I have in my heard and my stomach. Every time I think about him with her - I just want to scream and it does not seem to be getting any easier. Anyone have any suggestions for a fix??
Oh the ways of a broken heart... It will take a long time for the wounds of a scarred heart to mend. The best way to begin healing is to get out there and meet new people. Distract your mind from the pain, find someone that can take that pain away. Said person doesn't even have to be a lover, he/she could be a platonic friend that you just enjoy spending time with. Take your time with this process, and focus on bettering yourself. Focus on finding happiness within yourself and in time the hurt will go away
abbiye: my advise to you is to move on..no man is worth your tears.and any man that is worthy of you will never make you cry
I agree totally with you abbiye....I know it is hard to deal with, I have been there myself. Please don't give up. Things can turn around when you least expect them to.
Remember...it is always darkest before the dawn. Even though things look hopless now...there is someone better just around the corner for you and maybe this one will be "the one". We have to go through these heartaches to make sure that when we do find the right person, we make sure to appreciate them and let them know everyday that they are improtant to us.

Hi
Yes I've had mine absolutely shattered. It was about 1 1/2 years ago and it's only now that i'm dipping my toes again. It has to be the worst feeling I have ever experienced.
However time is the only true healer. The realisation that is was not my fault and that I know i've a hell of a lot to offer took some time, but I know that now. If I could have done anything different I would have got back out there a hell of a lot sooner as it does help with the healing. Your self esteem & confidence will improve quicker.
I hope it happens quickly for you but you will get over him.
As the rest have said, been there. Just 3 months ago hence why my name brokenspirit, but it has healed. He was looking for someone else on the internet before I was even out the door. Also calling one of my friends when I was gone for only 3 hours. Decided right then and there that he never loved me and I put it behind me and am moving on. I will wiser and more cautious now, but I am worth being loved and I know he is out there. Just wake up each day, look at yourself in the mirror and say I am worth loving and just go on.

Hi ddayu: I have my heart broken before and the aches in my stomach and the fear of even seeing him. After many months of not getting out of bed in the morning, I found myself laughing and then going out and as long as you keep a smile on your face, men will be attracted to you. I could be the the ugliest person on earth but I found out that keeping fun people around and laughing is what attracts a man (at least they want to be around you). I hate to be repetitive about this cliche , but 'Living Well Is the Best Revenge'. Drag your but out there and as hard as it is,Laugh!. if you must rusn to a washroom and cry afterwards, so be it, Chin up wipe the eyes and try again. Good luck ! I will be watching for your progress.

On another note--that man came begging back to me when he saw I was not (outwardly) mourning him and I said guess what--"No , I don't think so, I having been having too much fun without you". We are good friends now and he is sorry he let me go, but it is what it is and that was the day I took my own life back and not to depend on others for my own happines.

Hey Deb. How's life in Salem. That's my hometown moved out here from Salem in July. Yes I have had my heart crushed and am still not healed from it probably will be a long time. I am so sorry to hear that. Time does heal things don't ignore what you are feeling but get out and do things, meet people and get on with you life.
