If you could travel through time with a slight risk of never returning to your time, would you do it?

Good question...and I don't know the answer. I'm a gambler to a certain extent...but not high stakes. I would consider this high stakes.

What do I got to lose?

But which direction would you go, future or the past?

Nah, I'll stick it out here. There are things I'm curious about but all I'd need to do is crush a butterfly in the past... or accidentally cause a war or whatever to mess up the present and as messed up as it may be now, I'd not want to be the one to make it worse laugh

I would travel back in time to the day I first met my girl friend who I married and re-live my life with her.

But if you never come back, then why worry about the butterfly or messing it up?

You wouldn't have to see the end result.

That's what a conscience is for lol. I'd know that I'd've changed something and it if it was big enough to know exactly what changed - especially if it was for the worse - it'd be a horrible thing to weigh on me.

Besides, I love butterflies! grin
