by the sounds of that you have not long got out of a relationship yeah?

I don't mean to be disrespectful to you if this is the case but.. why do people join dating sites so soon after ending a relationship??? It is madness to do it and its not fair on people you may meet up with..

deal with the past before trying to begin something new

JMO dunno

CuspofMagic: --- love shared is not lost

Spot on CoM!!

Love shared is never lost or forgotten, simply in the past. It helps us grow into the one we are at the moment and helps make us a more whole person.

I reconnected with a love from nearly 30 years ago (now I know I dating myself, but....) and it was a wonderful reconnection!! He is in London, working as a major matte artist and I am here in Toowoomba working as a Midwife. Worlds away from where we were when we were together and yet the connection is still there and always will be. How magnificent!

When unconditional love is there, it is, and can never be lost.

Yes, and there was the line from Shakespeare too: "love is not love that alters where it alteration finds"

So if you are reading this in NZ....I'm a Shakespeare fan...even after nearly 5 years! wave hug
