Working on the principal that it takes alot of effort to clear the tea stains from a single cup of tea, i hate to think of the mess that half a lifetime of tea drinking would be making of my insides. So i drink coffee....after coffee....after coffee....but what the hell, the amount of tar and nicotine i ingest probably kills 100% of all other stains!!

Hehe... not really. But since you seem to worry about staining your insides, I was suggesting a slice of lemon a day to prevent that

An apple may very well wake you up but its not much good for a hangover...Now a lemon on the other hand

i myself am a coffee person,but only if it's made. i won't make it in order to cut down. not the greatest for your teeth
