Sounds like the service you have has a few glitches at the moment, contact your Service Provider and they should be able to talk you through it.

Try going into tools/cookies reset...it's the most common glitch in new Broadband connections. Hope that helps!

I have Windows XP too, I know this may seem like a no brainer but try shutting down your whole system. If you try to reboot more than 4 times on Windows XP it ignores the inital command.

In my spare time I am a computer nerd!!! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Let me know how you get on cheering

Paddy, wireless broadband is prone to some drop outs of service so do expect this to occasionally happen. This will especially be noticeable at high demand times and in times of higher pressure and rain. In cases when my wireless used to go, a simple unplugging the power into the modem is a quick way of resetting it. There can occasionally be issues with some ISP's and computers and related softwares installed; run a decent virus check if you can or do a search in Google to see if anybody else has met the same issues.
