I started out studying for a medical doctor, changed to Metallurgical Engineering and later to Chemical Engineering. I now do projects for a coal mine.

I enjoy my job, but it is not really what I wanted to do, but too late now for career change. Would like to become a full blooded miner now.

Ras, You sweet man, you sure know how to make a gal feel good.
You made my day a little brighter.
Good luck with your new job. What a mess our hospitals would
be without good people like you. I worked in the laundry of
a hospital run by nuns many, many, many years ago. hug

Holy crap, That is hard work and so BORING.
I was Environmental services supervisor at a nursing home for years, was over the laundry dept as well, one day one of the gals called in sick so guess who had to fill in for her!frustrated

Was the last time!!
I told the laundry people.. from then on.. screw it.. if one calls in, I would be glad to pay the Over time for the other to come in.

I would rather clean toilets than to do laundry that has been used as a toilet!!!!!
