I need to sleep...I want to sleep.

I know in five hours I have to get up but will sleep come no.

I have drank a malted drink, munched some jaffa cakes. Poured lavender on my pillow...still no sleep my brain just will not close down.

Do you ever have this problem ....Sleepless nights with an over working brain!

Chammomile works wonders. wine Valerian root is a good herbal remedy for insomnia, too.

Yes, it's a good one. And it has chammomile in it, along with other herbs for relaxing. thumbs up

in the Environmental Health Group ( ) :

I helped some persons over the Internet already.
- The one felt better after 3 days and he could sleep again (8 hours, 2 hours in the first night).

See you there !

I've had the problem for a long time. Taking a walk before going to sleep or make love (even to yourself) before going to sleep can help too. But don't make love to yourself while walking or you might have to sleep in jail. rolling on the floor laughing
