Astrology is one of my hobbies, and I love it. Do I use it as a guide? Yes...but I look at the whole chart of the person in question. It's much more complicated than just sun sign. And yes, there are signs I refuse to date...I just know that those won't work from experience, so I avoid them like the plague.
Does Sun Sign compatibility matter? Only a little...my parents are supposed to be one of the worst combinations by this...dad's a Taurus and mom's a Leo...and they've been married for 47 years and counting.

I used to listen to a certain radio personality out of Houston who would read the horoscopes on the air and afterwords he would always say " It's a wise one who rules the stars, It's a fool who is ruled by them " . I like that.
