Second heartbreak, First serious heartbreak!...is this when? ( Archived) (6)

Well I've officially have join the wonderful world of having your heartbroken...to others who have experienced this, is this when..

-Guys turn from respecting most women to seeing them as objects?
-Women turn from wanting a fairy-tale to settling for any guy?

OR

-Guys unconsciously rationalize to themselves.."since I've been hurt, others will to"
-Women unconsciously rationalize to themselves.."since I've been hurt, others will to"

OR

-Guys become disallusioned(sp) by stating "time always heals wounds" or "It's for my own personal growth" when it doesn't completely
-Women become disallusioned(sp) by stating "time always heals wounds" or "It's for my own personal growth" when it doesn't completely

OR

-Guys become bitter
-Women become bitter

or

-The Idea of someone genuinely caring for someone goes out the window....

Your conclusions are a bit extreme. You will go through the pain, but in time, you will move on.

Love will happen again Lucky...and you will probably be heartbroken again. But I hope not...

IMHO it's a process lucky. You'll go through feelings of women being all bad or all greedy or all this or all that, but you'll come around to see things for what they are. You seem to smart not too. Don't forget that these problems take two to create. Try to use some of your time to "build a better guy" and you'll get something from this "bitter" time in your life that you can use. Try to understand it's O.K. to feel these terrible feelings that you must be feeling. There would be something wrong with you if you didn't feel that way, but don't be consumed by them. Hang in there, it'll get better!!

Not bitter....just frustrated, annoyed and disappointed
