I went through a phase of being a cradle snatcher once.....ended up with a collection of 16 cradles!!!..

Lord, getting old can be a little sad........ I felt annoyed that my mum got me up at 2.30 a.m. this morning. I stumbled into her room and mumbled:
'What's the problem, mum?'
She said:
'What day is it? It's only 2.30 in the afternoon.......'
I've tried explaining that the sun shines in the afternoon and it is DARK at 2.30 a.m., but who am I to try reason?
Then I had a terrible shock.......... I'd gone out to empty a cat litter tray yesterday (a 2.5 metre cactus looks kinda cute in a bed of cat litter) and the phone rang and I dashed inside and forgot the litter tray - and the two cats stayed in last night!
I fed them first thing this morning, then 'threw' them out - so far as I can tell (~sniff~ ~sniff~) they didn't have to relieve themselves overnight!
