A little butter and some maple syrup. Bacon on the side and glass of water and OJ.

I usually eat them with butter and syrup, too...but occasionally use jam on them instead.

Yes you can MB. Everything in moderation. And there are several sugar free syrups in the stores.

Diabetes is not a life sentence of deprevation. Let your Glucometer become your best friend. Test your sugar before you eat something, 2 hours later, test it again to see how it affects you. Everyone is different. Count your carbs and fiber.

I prefer crepes with some Splenda on them myself.
