Seems like the government are going to get heavey handed over this one,going into peoples bank accounts etc.

I had a quick go at it with two houses I know what they're going for/went for.
One was spot on. The other was overvalued into the next band.

I looked at this earlier tonight and "laughed out loud".....literally!!!
I come from a tiny little village in Donegal...we have a range of houses from council/terrace/semi to 7+bed houses on 1+acre sites.....they are all valued at 0-100,000.........

Don't worry, this is just the opener. It'll be increased 'in line with' other EU countries over the next couple of years. My calculator app just says multiply whatever you have now by three and you have the actual property tax for 2015.

No Percival, you misunderstand on both counts. I don't hate girls, I hate Feminists and some of those are men. In fact quite a lot these days.
