I agree though drinking for the wrong reasons can be unhelpful. But if you're generally happy in yourself and just want a few cans to help unwind, no harm. Obviously if you end up having a bad reaction to the alcohol, know to stop...

Ya know me reflex action is to have some cushy words here with Pedro. But as most of us know (lets face it, most of know someone or in some cases have been troubled by alcohol in the past) only that person alone makes whatever decision they have to make. So it doesn't matter what we say, really.
@Pedro: Go down to ALDI and fill up 'Kit' with as much beer as the boot will hold and get wrecked and don't stop till Sunday evening. Bring the Senorita along aswell and fill her up too.

Well seeing as I hardly ever drink it's not a question I have had to ask myself.
Pedro on other hand had a few issues which is not a case of just unwinding.
