Turner 1775/1851/Toulouse-latetrec 1864-1901 Andy Warhol 1928 to 1987 RIP.Ernest hemingway 1899 to 1961 George Orwell Jimi hendrix , ,William Butler yeats Jack b yeats , Richard Redgrave 1804 to 1888 Henry Moore 1896- 1986.Henry Miller , Sid Vicious only 21.Brian jones Ottis Reading 1941-1967 Rip.All dead but still alive in endless time, in endless Art. The list goes on and on I memorised the lyrics from all these artists many years ago Ahouse was the name of the band I think. Feel free C.S members to post Drama Music Dance , poetry etc etc on actual events , personal poetry short stories Art Exhibitions all Nationalities most welcome its good to combine and collaborate creativity of multi cultures.

coywen: Well done jamie so delighted for you as for art i dont have a clue
Im just into Music and Drama basically but im sure there is a lot of creative people on here, This thread could give new members online the opportunity to express themselves and meet new friends with similar interests and eventually have nights out for instance , going to the theatre jazz rhythm and blues gigs etc.Dont ever be put off by the arts the majority of the pretentious upper classes can't see through an abstract painting but they like to criticise in general haha .handshake

I got dragged to the Moyne pantomime for a couple of years (they're Christmas performances are usually good) and we have a theatre in Aachen were I went a good bit as a teenager/kid. There are also a lot of musicals in Germany and I absolutely loved Starlight Express as a teen. Not going to too many things in the last while unfortunately. dunno

Best of luck with your lady Jamie. wave

I went to see their production once and wasn't too gone on it. I'll try to make their pantomime this year and I'm already looking forward to the next kiddies ballet show in the Source next year. sigh

I saw Des Bischop there, but the last 2 times I was there it was to see my friends 3/4 year old in their ballet show. laugh Quite cute and it was good entertainment, but once a year is enough. I hope they don't expect me to go and watch the hurling matches of their son... uh oh

Heading out with chocolates to them now, wishing you all a good evening. wave
