Because I would have recommended The Death Gate Cycle
Amazing series in my view, and never grasped how two authors can work together. Fascinating, must be great to have another writer to work with.
The Discworld novels are grand too, soooo funny, but fantasy/imagination again

The manga bible and pop-up version of the karma sutra are worth investing in.

Yeah, Hammond is an excellent prose translation.
You should check out Pope if you want a more authentic poetry version of Homers original work.

Great exspectations is one of the best descriptive books ever, no one could desrcibe a situation and make it come to life like he did and in real life, the exstent he went to have an affair with hes wifes sister in real life was beyond belief but then again all geniuses are a bit nuts.I just finished fight club last week
