There's no way a seven year old would be able for it Pedro. It's a hard climb. I'd say wait until he's about ten or eleven.

I done half the climb before my fear of heights kicked in, it's a tough climb and the last bit is meant to be even harder.
I wouldn't take my 9 yr old to do it never mind a younger child.

My friend climbed it (hope she prayed for my soul) while I sat in the absolutely lovely little pub at the foot of it drinking hot toddies
it was one of the best days I ever had 
Pedro in all seriousness I hope you do get to do this and have a really good time....I hear the other pilgrims are really nice!
