Maybe she is thinking about it or maybe she just does not know what to say, its not easy letting someone down, especially when they are a nice person. Then some people take the say nothing approach and they will get the message, personally I hate that and would not do it, especially when it is a really nice guy. I would leave it to her to make contact, you have expressed your interest in seeing her again, and checked she got home safe, so its up to her now. I would assume a no for now and anything else is a bonus
