I'm not being smart...The Samaritans.

Really the forum of a 'dating' site isn't going to bring much help. Best of luck to you....

I'm so sorry, Pablo. It's just over a year, very early days for you still. Gut wrenching sadness is part and parcel of a loss like yours but the other posters here are right, you need a different kind of support than can be found on these forums.
Be gentle with yourself sad flower

Very sorry to hear of your loss. It is very hard to lose a sibling.
Allow your friends to be there for you. Use them, that is what they want you to do, that is what they are there for.
If you do need more help, then do as the other posters said, contact a local doctor, priest or a specialist organisation who will be able to help you. There are bereavement groups too.

Allow yourself to grieve, you will come out the other side. Things do get better xx

Yes, many people get comfort from religion, and priests have training and experience in bereavement counselling.

I doubt.

I am not religious myself, but am aware that others are, and therefore it is an valid option.

baldydude: sometimes its easier to talk about personal feelings to a random person in a chatroom that your most likely are never going to meet

each person has a different way of dealing with grief

Maybe I have a different out look on death.
