I can't watch it now, but from your previous position on this I can only guess. I think the idea of having a State owned/run Oil company in this country is a disaster. As much of a Disaster as every other Semi-State company in the history of the country, where politics and mediocrity ruled the day. We were like Africa.

It may do for now. But it won't work too well in a country that hasn't yet matured into an idea of being part of the Borg. We're too self serving here, individualistic, prone to corruption, and a failing political system. We've become conformists in the worst areas, and remained self serving at the same time.
