i gave up ciggerettes two months ago,my son said its wonderful so that has uplifted my soul for the will to continue,yes it gets easier.its simply wonderful.im free from them at last.

yes I agree and I guess it's about being comfortable with who we are and the confidence too,yes easier said than done and some try to mask their fears with alcohol or whatever,anyway that's another topic,I like what you said that we can reinvent ourselves in a second,.i have a saying every day is a blank page.
