I jog /run a fair bit (not professional), and discovered that removing body hair reduces chafing and friction to a lesser degree. Then I discovered that coconut oil restores the skin to it's normal appearance. Anyone with similar revelation or advice?

Why would a man want to smell like a coconut? laugh

Now if you want to come across all macho, say that you burn your body hair off with a blow torch, and lubricate your bulging muscles with snarling foam, collected from the jaws of crazed rabid pitbulls. cheers
