We all know what's happening there and we all think it's terrible, what we disagree on is who is responsible.

By the way Phoenix supported people who killed children in Britain and Ireland and then he has the nerve to criticize Israel for doing the same! Unbelievable.

WadeWilson: either does hamas

while i agree isreal response is over kill
i would have a problem with a goverment that thinks more of destroying its neighbour then looking after its own citzens

it suits hamas to continously fire rockets at isreal as you can see from reponse it wins the pr war and gets new recuits and the cycle continues

as for what side i am on
its the side of the innocents and peace
not indicriminate slaughter and a eye for a eye mentality like our friend phoneix here

Do you think you might join Hamas if you where in Gazza ? don't know why my posts are doubled.

You do know Phoenix wants to start the 'war' in NI again? And that would mean dead men women and children. So it's a bit ironic him putting up pics like that isn't it?

Gaza doctors save baby from her dead mother's womb

KHAN YUNIS (Palestinian Territories) (AFP) - When the doctors gently pulled the tiny newborn from her mother's womb in an emergency Caesarian section, the woman had already been dead for an hour.

Twenty-three-year-old Shayma al-Sheikh Qanan was eight months pregnant when an Israeli tank shell hit her home in the central Gaza Strip town of Deir al-Balah, reducing it to rubble.

She was left in critical condition and her husband, a local radio journalist, was also badly wounded.

"Her body was brought in after an Israeli shelling at 3:00 am on Friday," said Doctor Fadi al-Kharti, who was at Deir al-Balah hospital when she was rushed in.

"We tried to revive her but she had died on the way to hospital."
Before paramedics managed to dig her out, she had been stuck under the rubble of her home for an hour.

"Then we noticed movement in her stomach, and estimated she was about 36 weeks pregnant," he says.

Doctors performed an immediate Caesarian section and saved the baby, who was named after her late mother.

There was no fairytale ending the baby died because Israel bombed the power plant that led to a power cut....
