"SUNDAY 10th Aug :There is a lot of excitement about this Sunday’s supermoon, scientific name perigee moon, which will see the moon appearing 30% brighter than normal tonight and will appear 14% bigger as it reaches the point of its orbit closest to earth - 221,765 away from earth.

The Moon is also associated with emotions and our feminine sides. When a Supermoon is involved expect to be even more emotional than usual. Tears and laughter will come more easily, moods will suffer extreme swings and there will be no shortage of drama—both good and bad."

Was anyone else as cranky as a briar Sunday? I locked the doors and stayed away from folk - today I went to visit my dad, and he was like a briar. I definitely had a bad-hair day, how about you?

Last night was the 2nd of the 3 supermoons of 2014 so our moods could go awry for a while yet. The first was at the beginning of July and the next is on the 9th September.

Will you be training a lot of women that day? There could be a few of you sparking off each other and at least one in floods of tears while the men cower in terror.laugh
