Talking too much going off on a tangent not good idea ,,listen and ask questions to show the person you are interested,,laugh at their jokes even if not funny,,,.if a woman play mammy and pour the tea for him,,,don't wear false eyelashes or nails they could fall out in his coffe beer or tea,,...don't go to the cinema he may just want to feel you up,,

The zoo be a good place to go if you have nothing in common at least the lions and monkeys will amuse you,,, if he is a miserable sod one that can't smile just leave him to the snakes,,

I don't have the formula, but if a house isn't selling after numerous viewings, you have to ask what's wrong with the house?

there is no magic formula..
i find with net dating and all concerning the candy shop ways of some people and blurred lines of intimacy and "relationship status" is what causes the most disdain.
Some tend to see it as a fling where others want it marked as a relationship very early on.
Putting that line there verbally is always a good standpoint...and remember a lot of women and men consider once you get intimate..well its not called intimate because its communal or non-exclusive to them anyway.
its not so easy with fb and problems leading to confusion from text people assuming is flirtatious and a billion other problems it can cause also.
