Walk,gym,.coffee with your family,helping out someone,anything just to keep your mind occupied,
You were very down this last while off the drugs,so your first thing is to maybe find something else to cling on to ,
Yes that's great you met someone but no gurantee with anyone that they or even ourselves want to meet them again or them us no matter how well dates go you just don't know,
Never take it personal on yourself ,we all on different paths in life and at moment just say to yourself yea it's good I had nice time with someone nice even if that does mean she dosnt get back,just give yourself more breathing space ,take it Easey,relax nd if you can't just find something to do,.
