People are judged by their words and actions. Infer what you want from that.

Two wrongs never make a right. However, I would expect that people who work in demanding public service jobs and who quite clearly have a good level of intelligence should understand this. The "they said it first to me" or excuses along those lines don't cut it. You know that. So you can also infer what you want from that.

No not particularly...I have defended different people before...One person I pulled up for being a bully and a couple of weeks after I defended from a bully...however, I can be selective. Some people are more vulnerable than others and that puts them in the firing line for some people...so I probably tend to be selective at times...it is natural for me. I find that protection of the most vulnerable in society, whether outside or online society...is important...Would you not agree?

Yes I do...like I said I felt what he said was ungentlemanly. I also believe that he was treated wrongly also...That was my main point at the start. So he should also receive a similar apology...
