If the wires are not damaged beneath the cable then just. Bind the damaged part of the cable with masking tape then I'd double lay secure it with strong cello tape,
Tip,,do not leave dog in room alone as it was probalaly missing you and instead of biting your leg bit into cable.

Where's this coming from my uncle said when he was setting up my connection for rte,
