That time of year again folks, when we start looking for a nice juicy bird for Christmas.

Please feel free to discuss your favourite methods of preparation to ensure your bird is moist and tasty, and your favoured method to give your bird a good stuffing.

Aha an expert on the art of stuffing.

So tell me, if I want to ensure a nice juicy bird, should the stuffing be thrust in between the legs and/or down the throat cavity?

Does a strategy of hard and forceful pounding it in to the bird determine the required result?

Or does a slow, careful attentive method of stuffing produce a succulent moist bird.

What works better for you? innocent
