fifitrixibellegalway, Galway Ireland20 Threads 1 Polls 4,629 PostsAm sure we all had a chuckle or two in the past, my funniest one (in hindsight!) was talked into a trip to offaly (cue deliverance music). On arrival I noted his pic was about 40 yrs old, he was 5 ft tall and 10ft wide & was sporting a blue coffee stained t shirt (no expense spared). Agreed reluctantly to meet him in his front garden, summer time & he said all neighbours were out in their gardens (witnesses in case I was murdered). After threatening to make me coffee for about 20 mins, a woman pulled up in a car outside & I questioned if I had run over my time & this was the next date....but no, it was his home help,come to give him his weekly bed bath

Well not really a date story but I was out celebrating my divorce and I decided I'd celebrate it with my first kiss since my freedom. Had been out of the dating game a very long time, truth be told was never really in it prior to the ex lol.
So was getting chatted up by this guy and he ask could he kiss me, so of course I said not in the bar, (surely people did not kiss in bars lol) so I took him around the side and kissed him then said I was going back in the bar, he said what, really, well then you'll have to give me a minute. So off I went and my sister and her friend ask me where I'd been so I told them, well they nearly wet themselves laughing at me.
And pointed out, 1. if you take a guy around the side he is expecting more than a kiss and 2. why he needed a minute
That was the beginning of my new education
