The last meal I cooked for a man was striploin steak, fried onions and mushrooms, fried potatoes and a pepper sauce.

stanley8m: Eh, so long as the cabbage is organic, and I hope the bacon isn't from intensively farmed stock, oh and preferably cured with sea salt and air dried, and of course the potatoes would have to be grown in a seaweed based compost, to provide that authentic Wild Atlantic Way pre famine flavour, savoured and ingested with a delightfully fruity, home brewed elderberry wine. Oh yes, the joys of unpretentious simple Irish cuisine.
