The Confident Single
Attachment type = Secure When you’re in a relationship you enjoy the mutual support and affection, and clearly enjoy spending time with your partner. You’re happy to share your deepest thoughts and feelings with them and invite them to do the same. You never feel smothered when in a relationship – in fact, you’re empowered by it. You’re very comfortable in your own skin. Your perfect match would be another secure individual, but you’d also thrive in a relationship with an anxious or dismissive partner – so the world’s your oyster.

Attachment type = Dismissive Think you don’t need a relationship? When the possibility arises, are you usually found running in the opposite direction? You wouldn’t dream of depending on someone and find it annoying if someone wants to depend on you. Basically you like your own space too much and find it uncomfortable if someone wants to get too close to you so think you might just be happier remaining single forever. But if you ever change your mind, your perfect match would be a secure single. Although you’ve been out the game for a while so you might want to watch our short video series, How To Pull. Find out more about attachment and the different relationship types here.
